Almost everyone loves sugar and sugar products such as soft drinks, cupcakes, donuts and many other food products. Sugar, just like fat, can cause tremendous increase of fat in our body. This makes us tired faster and reduces our health. This is nothing new, everyone knows this. But what does it do to your brain? Even I was shocked when I learned this.

Many experiments regarding junk food on our human psychology has proven that pregnant women who take junk food during their gestation period can harm the mental health of their child. Believe it or not, It causes their children to be aggressive and to have anger issues.
Observing children of young age who intakes junk food also showed similar results. It also showed that they undego sadness, anxiety and have nightmares repeatedly.
An experiment conduced in a prison where they fed the prisoners healthy food and the results were surprising. The count of fights and problems they created reduces magnificantly.

Experiments proved that sugar intake causes damages the memory part of the brain and causes memory loss. This also harms brain cells(neurons).

Having sugar is alright as long as you can control it. This causes many diseases and affects not just our physcial body but also our mental state. Try to not have sugar or sugar products as much as possible. Avoid it. Instead eat healthy food rich in nutrition. Wake up early, take a walk, jog, run or even meditate.
Working out flushes out all the toxins from our body as sweat. Drink lots of water. Eat dark chocolate instead of milk chocolates.
