Winter special Dry fruits laddu recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 cup jaggery
- 2 cups grated dry coconut
- 1/2 cup dry gum (gondh)
- 1/2 cup almond
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/2 cup pistachio
- 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4th cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4th cup melon seeds
- 4 to 5 tsp popy seeds
- 1/4th tsp cinnamon powder
- 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/4th tsp cardamom powder
- Water 3 tsp
- Desi ghee 1/2 cup
method:
The initial step we have to do is crush the almonds, pistachio, cashews, sunflower seeds, melon seeds, pumpkin seeds all seperately then dry roast the grated coconut on low flame for 3 minutes then dish out it after then wipe the same pan with tissue and then add 1/2 cup of ghee to it let it get melted then add little dry gum (gondh) and fry it until it puffs up then remove it in a bowl fry all the gum little by little in the same ghee after all the gum is fried then crush it a little using piston or a katori now in the remaining ghee add almonds and roast it for a minute then add cashews, pistachio, pumpkin seeds, melon seeds, sunflower seeds to it and roast them all together now remove them in a bowl and.
Now next step is in one bowl add all the roasted coconut and dryfruits also add gum (gondh) and popy seeds and mix them all together then in a pan add 3 tsp of water and jaggery and then cook it on low flame until the jaggery gets melted and if you take it in a spoon and check it with your finger and if you fell some stickyess into it then off the flame now add to it all those mixture of coconut, dryfruits and gum and mix it very well and let the temperature of this mixture get reduced once you fell that the temperature is so much that you can easily touch it which means it should be warm enough then apply some ghee on your hands and take a small portion of the mixture in your hand and bind it to round shape to make its laddu make all the laddus in similar way enjoy them with your family and friends stay healthy.
