Nap is a small period of sleep, generally during the day time. A small can have so many benefits on someone's body and mind.
Sometimes during work in office or school, we all feel tired and sleepy. Our eyes starts getting closed due to tired mind. And we start thinking that our work is getting affected due to our laziness.
Scientists say that if we start feeling sleepy and tired, we should take a short nap this is also known as power nap. This nap can provide energy again, after doing work for 7 to 8 hours. Our ability to work also increases with this.
Whenever you feel like your body needs to sleed, just go and take a nap. Ensure that your nap should be small & not as long as a night sleep.
A small nap can give you the same energy as the night sleep. After which the mind feels fresh and energized.

Keep your naps sweet & short. Just aim for a 10 to 20 min sleep, only 10 to 20 minutes. You can feel headaches if you sleep more than that.
If you really need for an hour then sleep at early afternoon. Sleep before 3 p.m.. because napping after this time can disturb your night time sleep or your sleep wake cycle.
You should sleep in clean and peaceful environment. If you are taking a nap, you should take restfull nap.
