In order to exercise, it is not necessary that you go to the gym, even without going to the gym, exercise can be done properly. We will tell you about some special exercises for weight loss with the help of household items.
You will not need to work very hard for the exercises mentioned here and they can be done from the very beginning. Just you have to keep in mind that if you are getting tired a lot then do them comfortably and do a little less intensity.
Note: All the dumbbells and kettle bells are given in the pictures which are just to show you how to exercise. Use bottles instead of them and exercise exactly as shown.
You can use water bottle to make your strength better.
1. Arnold Press-
For this you can take two bottles of 1-1 liter filled with water.
How to do-
- Keep your hands straight by sticking with your Thai, after this bend your elbows and then move the hands straight upwards.
- This exercise will reduce your back fat and hand fat. You can repeat this 20 times and easily do 3 sets of it.
- If you have back pain problem, then gradually it will also be overcome by this exercise.

2. Bicep Curls-
The second exercise is bicep curls which can be done very easily with the help of a bottle.
How to do-
To perform bicep curls, you have to keep your hands straight in the position that your elbows are touching your waist. There should be bottoms in the hands and then the elbows have to bend together and bring them back to the previous position. This is all that will be needed and your hands toning exercises will be done easily.
- If you are not able to do it together then you can raise your hands one by one.
3. Trunk Twist -
You can do this exercise both sitting or standing. This will affect your abs and it will be even more tone.
- Sit on the floor and take the bottle in your hand. Your position should be as shown in the photo.
After this, keep your back in a 45 degree angle and hold the bottle in both hands. Twist right side first and then twist left side.
- You have to repeat this 20 times and do three sets of it. Keep in mind that the position is the same as shown in the photo.
4. Bottle Langes
This exercise works on your core muscles and this exercise can prove to be the best for toning the legs and lower body.
- To do this, you have to come to the position of Lange. As seen in this picture.
- Fold one knee and keep the other knee in front. In this position, you have to lower the body upwards with the force of your foot which is placed closer to the ground. After doing this for 10 seconds, do the same with the other knee.
In this exercise, when you hold the bottle, its intensity will increase. There will be more impact on the muscles.
5. Kettle Bell Workout -
Kettle bell workouts are considered very good to improve the strength and flexibility of the body. You can also do this with the help of a bottle.
First of all, stand with your feet open in shoulder length and hold the bottle with both hands.
After this, move the bottle up with full force and then move it between the legs. Just as shown in this GIF.
