How to maintain your mind's health and physical health
When we start feeding ourselves on the poison of two deceit, theft, ignorance, laziness, violence, adultery and other sinful activities, the attitude towards us also gets distorted. We start enjoying all these contentious activities. Our thinking is completely blurred, because our blood circulation is so disordered that cells stop their normal functions. They appear to be full of poison instead of life. No one can save such a person from his doom.
Now it is clear how the mind, but also for the body. Mental health is the first condition not only for the growth and development of the mind, but also for the body. Therefore it is necessary to obtain sattvic mental symptoms, though constant effort. In fact, physical and mental health are inseparable. One cannot be repaired at the cost of the other. If the mind is ill. This will not allow living cells to grow and grow stronger. And if the body is ill it will make the mind helpless, because it cannot control and direct the actions of the body.
All the elements of nature are in constant motion i.e. their atoms are moving all the time. Therefore, the entire universe is diverging from a powerful source of energy. This lively pace is well organized and well regulated. We may not be able to see this motion, but its existence cannot be denied. Without this energy, life itself cannot exist nor develop. Each element of this universe vibrates strictly or slowly according to its individual characteristics. Nature is also in constant vibration; Heart and temperature are other forms of energy, like motion. All are actually manifestations of energy that permeate every atom of the universe.
This energy which speeds up things and brings changes in the universe is called Prana in Sanskrit. Prana (vital energy) and Akash (matter) are all pervaded. Modern science says that these two basic elements of the universe cannot be destroyed or reduced. The concept of Yoga philosophy, they are not indestructible in themselves; They are an expression of God. And since God is neither born nor destroyed, they are also endowed with these qualities, that is, they are indestructible because of their impermanence. Science considers Akash (matter) and Prana (energy) as two different things. But according to Yoga, the physical substance of the sky is the gross form of energy or life. Similarly, prana is the gross form of the mind, which itself is one of the smallest parts of the omniscient God, and reveals His attributes. So, the only thing above the mind is God, while Prana is subject to the mind and material substance is subject to Prana. Thus, apart from God, nothing is above or over it. Raj Yoga emphasizes the control, training and cultivation of the mind, because it believes that if the mind is in control, then no other yoga practice is necessary. Every object in the world, whether it is organic or inorganic, is made up of atoms. Matter is the manifest form of these atoms. The subtle form of matter is energy or life and the subtle mind is the soul. But mind itself is the gross form of God. It is also believed that both yoga philosophers and scientists have said that the gross or gross form of an object is always in its subtle and subtle form. That is, physical matter is ruled by prana and prana and in turn is actually controlled by the science of controlling art or prana by mind or desire. If the mind is able to control the life, then the physical form of life will automatically come under the control of the mind. This is the reason why pranayama is given so much importance in hatha yoga and its importance is recognized and established in yoga postures and postures. But whether doing pranayama or yogasana, these activities can be fully benefited only when a person continuously tries to cleanse the mind. Mind, soul and body are the three important different states of the atom of the same object. So, any training without the training of the mind is incomplete.
