Material-
4 Khakhara, 1 teaspoon cooking oil, 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds, 1 teaspoon peanuts, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, 1 teaspoon sugar (as per taste), 1 teaspoon red chili powder, salt as per taste
How to make:
Crush Khakhara in a vessel. Heat the oil in a separate pan and roast by adding peanuts to the oil. When they are roasted, then add sesame seeds to it, when it is done, add Khakhara to it. 3. Dough uttapam -

Material-
1 cup wheat flour, 1 onion finely chopped, 1 small capsicum finely chopped, 1 small tomato finely chopped, 3-4 tablespoons whipped yogurt, 1 eno packet, 2 tablespoons sweet corn (boiled), 1 / 2 teaspoon cumin powder, 2 teaspoon coriander, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes, red chili powder, salt as per taste
How to make:
Mix flour, salt, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chili flakes, eno in a pot and mix well. Now add curd and a little water to it. The batter has to be thickened like uttapam. With this, you heat the pan and add oil and put batter in it. Now let it cook a little and put the toppings of all the vegetables on top. Cook it in the same way as uttapam cooks. 4. Raw Banana Paratha
